A District Conference consists of a minimum of two Local Seminar areas. District agendas shall consist of at least eight hours of training time and 30 minutes of recognition. A District Conference has one featured speaker. Any additional speaker needs to be approved by the Regional Director. Training topics should be relevant to the UnFranchise Business system. Topics can cover, but are not limited to, such areas as: Recruiting and Retailing, Ticket Selling, the Shopping Annuity, The Master UFO program, the 90-Day Action Plan, UnFranchise Business responsibilities, and the ABC Pattern. Guest Speakers should be selected from UnFranchise Levels of Director and above. Only approved Speaker’s Bureau Category II members can be featured speakers at a District Conference and receive an honorarium and/or paid expenses. This event also recognizes UnFranchise Owners in the District who have achieved new UnFranchise Levels, Master UFO qualification or requalification, Shopping Annuity Master Member qualification or requalification, outstanding retailing or recruiting accomplishments or other related successes.

As a member of the Market America Speakers Bureau for 1 year, I know how important proper training is to building a successful business. You are investing your money and more importantly, your time to reach the attainable goal that Market America's 2-3 Year Plan offers - financial and time independence. To make sure that you get there, it is imperative to have a strong understand of Market America's rules, regulations as well as the Basic 5. Now, you could read the "Career Manual" from cover to cover and try to "wing it", or you can attend the required training sessions, just "cause you have to", but that would be denying yourself exposure to the exciting, proven experience that successful distributors have to offer.
That's where I and the other Speakers Bureau members come in. We have "been there, done that" and have a truly successful business to show for it. Apart from an engrained understanding of Market America's rules and regulations, I make sure that all of my speaking engagements are not only informative, but lively and interactive. GMTSS events are a rewarding way to "learn the business", share experiences and expertise, and build ties with other distributors, just like you, who want the best Market America's opportunity can offer.
