Andrew Weissman, Director Of Field DevelopmentAndrew Weissman, Market America’s Director of Field Development, has played a significant role in the expansion and growth of Market America domestically and internationally. Andrew is a regular featured speaker and instructor at a number of our events, including our International Convention, Leadership School, Utopia II “Moving Up” Seminars and various Regional, District, and Local events. Andrew’s strength is in training how to effectively and efficiently implement the entire UnFranchise® Business Development System. Cristina Salvador, Canadian National Sales Manager, Regional Director of NMTSSA graduate of the University of Toronto with a BSc with a Specialist in Psychology, Major in Biology and a Minor in Philosophy. Cristina brings 20 years of sales and management experience to MA. Since coming to MA in 2005 Cristina has been instrumental in creating the foundation for Canada to experience the growth that has been seen in the six years. Cristina is committed to bringing the message to those that want to secure their financial future using Market America as their vehicle across the country. |

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Ryan Ebling has helped many individuals, from young children to elite athletes, obtain optimal health and reach their fitness goals. Whether it is one-on-one, a group setting or working with patients in a health professional’s office, he has been dedicated to health and wellness for over a decade. Ryan always felt the rewards of helping others by being a certified personal trainer, but also realized it lacked two key elements – time and financial freedom. Over the last few years, Ryan has redirected his focus toward helping others create not just health, wealth also. As an UnFranchise® Owner, Ryan has an undeniable passion for not only helping others obtain optimal health and smaller waistlines, but also educating others on the fundamentals necessary for creating an ongoing income utilizing the UnFranchise Business Development System. |

Michele Molinaro comes from a successful business background and together with her husband, Tony, owned a restaurant in Connecticut for many years. In the late 1990s, Michele and Tony discovered marketing on the Internet and their hobby grew into a significant business, with numerous websites and hundreds of thousands of customers. They started their Market America business in November of 2009 and are currently Professional Coordinators. They have achieved every Local, District and Regional challenge from Day One, including three consecutive President’s Challenges. Their most amazing accomplishment in their short time as UFOs, however, is that they were recognized as Shop Consultants of the Year by ma® Corporate. |

Prior to Jane starting her Market America business back in 2000, she had been the owner of a pharmaceutical trading business for 10 years. She has since parlayed her previous experience into a successful UnFranchise® business built around the ever-popular Motives® line. She’s reached the level of National Supervising Coordinator and in the process, has shared the techniques that have made her a successful Motives National Certified Trainer with audiences in the United States, Canada, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. |

Mary Susan Rehrer Mary Susan grew her UnFranchise® from her kitchen in Minneapolis, Minn. into a multimillion dollar business, applying her missionary background towards serving others. That she did so while raising a family of three, two of which were infants, is arguably her most impressive feat. Her team-oriented approach to building cities exploded the NMTSS in the Northern Region, leaving a long legacy of high-income earners with the UnFranchise system. She is truly a testament to the accessibility of this business. |
